New Signature Model for Verdine White.
Earth, Wind & Fire bassist Verdine White has been putting his newly-designed signature model through its paces, and it went down so well that it’s now being released so that we can all get our hands on one. This latest addition to the Sadowsky NYC Satin Series has a chambered, undersized J-style body and a set of PJ pickups. In tribute to Verdine’s late brother, Maurice White, a portion of the proceeds from each bass will be donated to the non-profit Verdine White Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, California, which provides scholarships, music lessons, and instruments to assist students living in underserved communities.
