Widely regarded as one of the UK’s greatest bass exports, Stuart Zender’s funky bass lines with Jamiroquai in the 1990s inspired a generation, and funk is what this new pedal from Ashdown Engineering is all about. We’re talking a dedicated twin dynamic filter pedal with a 12AX7-powered ‘valve’ drive distortion switch that can be added pre- or post-wah. The sensitivity and output controls allow you to sweep from a subtle filter to a full on auto wah. Turn the pedal off and you get true bypass.
